Whilst it’s no secret that Australia is home to some of the most beautiful beaches in the world, Western Australia is, in fact, home to some of the most beautiful coasts in Australia. People flock from all over the world to view our beaches, and the South West is by far one of the most popular tourist destinations.
Recently, the capital city residential property markets have been recording strong levels of property value growth, but this hasn’t necessarily been reflected in regional areas.
According to RP Data’s Coastal Area Performance Report, for the 12 months to June 2010, the top performing coastal market was Busselton, with median house prices increasing by 15.0 per cent over the year.
A short trip from Bunbury, Busselton is known for its 2km long jetty, beautiful turquoise waters and relaxed atmosphere. It is a perfect spot to holiday with the whole family, and close enough to take a beautiful weekend away.
